Hi, I’m Kelly Fox
I grew up in Ireland and was active in sport from a young age, particularly Gaelic football and gymnastics. It was through coaching gymnastics that I gained a strong interest in analysing and refining movements. Since graduating, I have gained invaluable experience working in a mixture of private and public health settings across Ireland and New Zealand.
This includes serving as the lead physiotherapist for the Antrim U20 elite Gaelic football teams in 2018 and 2019. I enjoy working with motivated individuals to treat both acute and chronic conditions, helping athletes and sports people return to peak performance.

In my spare time you’ll find me playing Gaelic football, hurling in Hagley Park or exploring what this wonderful country has to offer.
I love helping people to achieve their goals and get back to doing the things they love.
