In my spare time I enjoy walking, biking, swimming, all things coffee, and hanging out with my husband Mark. I work Wednesday afternoon through to Friday.

I joined the team at You First Physio in 2016 and have since developed a deep understanding of the patient journey and the complexities of dealing with ACC. Based at our Riccarton site, I take pride in keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently for both our patients and our physiotherapists.
I truly enjoy interacting with everyone who walks through our doors and love being part of such a dedicated, supportive team.
