I have worked in private practice for the last 16 years in Lincoln before joining the team at You First Physio’s Longhurst site in February 2020. As a senior physiotherapist, I have completed many postgraduate courses on muscle and joint injuries and enjoy using exercises as part of my rehabilitation plans. If appropriate for your recovery, I can also incorporate manipulation and acupuncture into my treatment.
